In order in protect your privacy and ensure continued quality of care, Dr. Rothenberg does not participate with managed care/insurance programs.
Fees are paid at the time of your visit. At your request a receipt with a diagnosis will be provided for you. If desired, you may present this receipt to your insurance company to attempt to obtain reimbursement.
For your convenience, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
